All the specifications/plans/costing and other contents describing the construction work in the project shall be specified in each individual contract with the purchaser and shall supercede any detail herein as they have been given only for a general impression of our quality of work and does not specify/limit the quality of the materials used in the project.

Nothing stated in the website constitutes a promise/warranty to any prospective purchaser except the clauses in the individual contracts to be entered into and hence shall not legally bind the promoters for any claim from anyone viewing the same.
