How to get to Yercaud?

Yercaud is well-connected and accessible via Salem, which at a distance of about 30 kms. is less than an hour by road from Yercaud. Salem is on NH47 which connects Coimbatore, Bangalore and Chennai making it a transit hub. Salem Junction station is an important railway station and is connected to all major cities. Likewise, there are excellent bus networks. Salem airport is about 20 kms. from the city.

What is the area of land?

Total extent of land is about 1,500 sq. ft.

What is uniqueabout the location?

What is the footprint of each building?

Each villa is being built on levels, therefore, the footprint of each house will be minimal.

Does each villa have separate access from the road?

Yes, each villa has exclusive access from the road.

Can specifications be customised?

Yes, certain specifications can be customised. Changes will be subject to approval by the promoters to ensure that each villa remains true to the aesthetics with which the project has been conceived and within the scope of the approved plan.

Are the villas approved?

Yes, the villas will have the requisite approvals from the relevant local governing body.

Is it patta land?

Yes, the development is on patta land.

What about maintenance?
