  • Structure:
  • RCC-framed structure
  • Reinforcement bars shall be FE 415- ISI Brand
  • Cement shall be an approved brand (ISI)
  • RCC-sloped roof with roof tiles
  • All external walls shall be 230mm thick brick work
  • All partition walls shall be of first-class country bricks
  • Internal and external plastering shall be in cement mortar

  • Doors & Windows:
  • All door frames shall be wooden and door shutters shall be factory-made flush doors
  • All windows shall be UPVC with plain glass
  • Entrance door shall have polished teak wood frame with factory-made moulded flush shutters

  • Flooring
